  • The answers to the most common questions are in the FAQ.
  • The words don't match? What to do is here, not in your mailbox.
  • For a problem in the app, tell us the iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version and what you were doing. The TrustWords version is shown at the bottom of Settings.

You support older people, or you write about phone scams: same address, subject "Press". We provide screenshots, texts and a direct contact.
